The Annual Town Fireworks Event will be held on Thursday, July 5th at Bryant University, 1150 Douglas Pike, Smithfield. (map & driving directions)
The On Line Band will perform from 6pm – 9pm. Fireworks at 9pm. Rain date is Friday, July 6th.
Commuters are reminded of the closing of the bridge on Washington Highway (Rt.116) near Farnum Pike (Rt. 104) and to plan accordingly. More information on that here
