Right of Way: This activity is prohibited in accordance with Town Ordinance Chapter 312. Streets and Sidewalks, Article II and violators are subject to a $100 fine per incident.
Roadway: If you’re clearing your driveway, make sure not to plow, blow or shovel any snow into the roadway – it’s against the law. R.I.G.L. § 31-22-9.
